Born into this world with a love of the performing arts, Ana-Marija Saric never shied away from the stage. Whether it be singing, acting, dancing even presenting, Ana-Marija was always ready to jump in, even at last minute's notice. As she grew older, her eagerness to jump in when an audience needed entertaining was expanded into a desire to perfect and polish her performing skills in search of a flawless act. Though this is impossible, she still believes in the necessity to constantly improve oneself and grow to immeasurable heights and thus begins Ana-Marija's journey to self-development.
Frequently organizing musical projects, like founding and leading a choir at the Basilica of the Holy Heart of Jesus, Ana-Marija stumbled into unexpected success as a soloist in 2014 when she sang the now nationally beloved spiritual song "Samo Isus može" at Holy Mass one Friday evening. This single moment opened doors to the beginnings of a fruitful career in Croatian spiritual music, especially when her particular studio version of the song was chosen among thousands to rank in the Top 100 Croatian Spiritual Songs of the past 45 years by Croatia Records in July, 2016. But that was just the cherry on top, as the song has been actively requested on the radio since 2014 as well as Ana-Marija's performance at multiple music festivals across Croatia like Marija Fest 2014 in Molve, St. Peter's Keys in Zagreb, The 19th Advent Festival of Popular Spiritual Music in Pakrac and more.
But Ana-Marija will not stop there. Though she is currently in the making of her debut album in Croatian spiritual music, her storytelling is not reserved to one language and most definitely not one genre. Ana-Marija is also in the works of recording and independently releasing her first international EP with inspirational songs about life, romance and learning lessons about who to trust and who to be weary of. Approached by label heads to release her music, Ana-Marija chooses to go down a different route in hope of creating a name and portfolio on her own terms and guaranteeing her own creative freedom in the creation process. Even when she's seemingly in hiding, be warned that your ears will be enjoying a multitude of sounds before you know it.
Ana-Marija is currently attending vocal training classes by professor Mirela Brnetić, an academic musician and opera singer, in the vocal studio Bacchabundus, and is taking an acting class at Kubus. Earlier last year, she joined the musical theater group Zbor Kolbe and regularly preforms cross country. She also joined the cast of Les Misérables with CornerstoneArts right before summer 2017. She often performs with the vocal group Flamma Cordis at formal events all over Croatia.

Non-performance related: Ana-Marija is currently working in animal assisted therapy with her golden retriever Shadow who have been training in Psi Pomagači for over a year. Both girls expect to be certified by summer 2018. In 2015 she graduated from Zagreb School of Economics and Management and is a Bachelor of Economics working in Human Resources.
